This Privacy Policy applies to Balitecture (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Australian-owned property development and real estate company headquartered at Jl. Pemelisan Agung Tibubeneng, Kuta Utara, Badung 80361, Bali, Indonesia. We operate balitecture.com and balitecturerealty.com.

Enquiry data submitted through our website is stored securely in Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based database service. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the Asia-Pacific region and operates under strict access controls via Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

Only authorised Balitecture team members can access your personal data, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 - website analytics and user behaviour tracking. Google may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Resend - transactional email delivery. Enquiry form submissions are forwarded to our team via Resend. Emails are not stored by Resend beyond delivery.
• Vercel - website hosting and performance analytics.
• Calendly - appointment scheduling. If you book a consultation, Calendly may collect your name and email.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. These include essential cookies (required for the site to work), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and preference cookies.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the website.
