Founded by Australian directors who saw a gap in Bali's property market, Balitecture was built on one principle: international investors deserve international standards. No cutting corners. No disappearing builders. No surprise costs.
What started as a small architectural practice has grown into a 160-strong team of architects, engineers, project managers, interior designers, legal advisors, and property managers - all under one roof. We are the only company in Bali that handles land acquisition, architectural design, construction, interior fit-out, villa management, and real estate sales as a single integrated service.

Co-Founder & Director
Australian entrepreneur who co-founded Balitecture to bridge the gap between international investor expectations and Bali's construction industry. Oversees company strategy, development partnerships, and client relationships. Responsible for growing Balitecture from a small design studio into a 160-strong end-to-end property company.

Byron
General Manager
Manages day-to-day operations across all divisions - architecture, construction, sales, and property management. Coordinates between project teams to keep builds on schedule and clients informed. The central point of contact for development partnerships and large-scale projects.

Dedi
Principal Architect
Leads Balitecture's architecture and design studio with deep expertise in tropical modern design. Responsible for every villa design from initial concept through to construction-ready drawings. Specialises in maximising natural ventilation, indoor-outdoor flow, and rental appeal while navigating Bali's building regulations.

Nyoman
Project Manager
Oversees on-site construction across multiple active builds. Manages timelines, builder coordination, material procurement, and quality inspections at every milestone. Provides clients with weekly progress updates and ensures each project meets Balitecture's structural standards.

Sales Manager
Heads up sales for Balitecture's off-plan developments and villa packages. Works directly with international investors to match them with the right project based on budget, location preference, and investment goals. Guides buyers through the full purchasing process from initial enquiry to contract signing.

Runs the villa management division, handling everything from dynamic pricing and guest experience to maintenance scheduling and owner reporting. Manages a growing portfolio of rental villas across Uluwatu, Canggu, and Cemagi, consistently achieving 85%+ occupancy rates.

Legal Advisor
In-house legal specialist covering all aspects of Indonesian property law. Handles land title verification, zoning compliance, permit applications, and foreign ownership structuring. Ensures every transaction and build is legally sound before a single brick is laid.

Leads quantity surveying and cost management across all active projects. Produces detailed cost estimates, manages budgets, and handles procurement to ensure builds stay on target. Provides transparent pricing breakdowns so clients know exactly where every dollar goes.
